ACADIANA NEEDS

Our Mission
At Acadiana Needs, our outreach efforts are about more than providing food, clothing, and resources—they are
about meeting people where they are and sharing the love of Jesus Christ through both word and action.
Each week, our volunteers serve individuals and families facing homelessness, addiction, poverty, and other
difficult life circumstances throughout Acadiana. Whether we are delivering meals, distributing essential items,
connecting individuals to treatment, or simply offering prayer and encouragement, our goal is to bring hope to those
who need it most.
We believe that every person has value, purpose, and the ability to overcome life’s challenges when surrounded by
compassion, support, and the love of Christ. Through our outreach programs, we strive to meet immediate needs
while helping people take steps toward lasting stability, healing, and restoration.
“Let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.” — 1 John 3:18
