TIFFANY & MICAHEL KING

President, Executive Director & Board Member

Tiffany King is the President and Executive Director of Acadiana Needs, where she provides leadership, vision, and oversight for the organization's outreach and recovery programs. Together with her husband, Michael King, she coordinates logistics, donations, community partnerships, and the various elements that enable Acadiana Needs to assist individuals families across the region. Michael serves on the Board of Directors, playing a vital role in advancing the mission of Acadiana Needs. Tiffany also leads the Lafayette outreach division, collaborating closely with volunteers and partners, while her influence spans all of the organization, including resource development, recovery support, strategic planning, and community engagement.

Director of Media & Faithful Volunteer

Montana King is the Director of Media at Acadiana Needs, utilizing his skills in media, technology, and communications to promote the mission and enhance its influence across Acadiana. By focusing on website development, digital media, and creative communications, Montana plays a key role in the community to the transformative work happening daily. Dierra a vital role as a dedicated volunteer, supporting Acadiana Needs' mission through her readiness to assist in various capacities. Her compassionate nature, personal experiences, and commitment to serving others significantly bolster the organization's efforts to provide hope and support to the people of Acadiana

Sober Living Direcotrs

Meet Sierra St. Julien, the Director All Sober Living Programs at Acadiana Needs, who oversees the Lily House Women’s Recovery Program. Devin. Julien leads the Joseph House Men’s Recovery Program. Together, they are dedicated to helping individuals transition from homelessness and addiction to hope and recovery through outreach, treatment placement, sober living, and discipleship. Their commitment ensures that support people at every stage of their journey towards lasting transformation and freedom.

Iberia Praish Directors & Board Member

Carla Seymour is the Director of Iberia Parish for Acadiana Needs and a respected member of the Board of Directors. With many years of dedicated service to Acadiana Needs, Carla is deeply committed to organization's mission, embodying its vision in every aspect of her life and ministry. Together with her husband, Tym, she shares the love of Christ across Acadiana by serving others and supporting outreach initiatives. Both Carla and Tym are credentialed ministers who are passionate about helping individuals find hope, healing, and transformation, making a lasting impact through their leadership and servant hearts in the communities they serve.

DARLEEN TAYLOR

Lafayette Day Route Coordinator

Darlene Taylor is the Lafayette Day Route Coordinator for Acadiana Needs and has been a dedicated volunteer with the organization for many years. What began as a collaborative effort with her late husband, Steve, has evolved into a meaningful legacy of service and compassion. Together, they established the Lafayette Day Route, fostering relationships and assisting individuals in need throughout the community. After her husband's passing, Darlene continued their mission, serving those along the route with unwavering dedication and a genuine love for people, leaving a profound impact on countless lives acrossiana.

JERE MILES, MA, LCSW

Clinical Christian Counselor & Board Member

Jere Miles, MA, LCSW, is the Clinical Christian Counselor and a Board of Directors member for Acadiana Needs, contributing over 40 years of counseling experience. Throughout her career, she has assisted numerous individuals and families in overcoming life’s challenges with wisdom, compassion, and faith-based support. Jere specializes in anxiety grief, marriage and family dynamics, parenting, trauma, and addiction recovery. Her vast experience, leadership skills, and Christ-centered approach make her an asset to the Acadiana Needs team, where she guides individuals toward healing, restoration, and a more fulfilling life.

Board Member

John Poindexter is a member of the Board of Directors for Acadiana Needs, offering both business acumen and a heartfelt commitment to ministry His own transformative experience with God's grace fuels his passion for assisting others in discovering hope, purpose, and change. With a focus on excellence and a business perspective, John delivers valuable insights and leadership that enhance the mission and vision of Acadiana Needs. His dedication to helping those in need advancing God's Kingdom in Acadiana establishes him as a trusted leader and a vital part of the team. Through faith, wisdom, and servant leadership, John a key role in enabling Acadiana Needs to impact lives and instill hope in individuals and families within the community.

TIM MARKS

St. Landry Parish Director

Tim Marks is the St. Landry Parish Director for Acadiana Needs, spearheading outreach initiatives in Opelousas to provide hope, resources and the love of Christ to those in need within the community. As a nurse, Tim blends compassion with a strong desire to share the and serve others. Whether addressing practical needs, uplifting individuals in challenging, or guiding outreach efforts, Tim is dedicated to positively the lives he touches. His servant's heart, leadership skills, and commitment to God's Kingdom make him an integral part of the Acadiana Needs team.

Board Member

Floyd Dupree is a member of the of Directors for Acadiana Needs, offering valuable insights and expertise in addiction recovery and sober living. With many years of sobriety under his, Floyd has a deep understanding of the challenges, triumphs, and lifelong dedication that recovery entails. His knowledge of recovery programs, such as Alcoholics Anonymous, enables him to provide guidance that enhances Acadiana Needs’ recovery initiatives.'s commitment to helping others achieve freedom from addiction, coupled with his experiences and wisdom, makes him an essential team member and a trusted advocate for those pursuing a new path.
